Professor Greg Herder

Greg started selling real estate in 1979 after serving four years in the United States Marine Core.  Know for his creative approach to marketing homes that help his sellers get the highest price in the shortest time. Greg offers an Easy Exit Listing Agreement that allows his sellers to cancel their listing if they are unhappy with Greg’s services for any reason. For buyers, Greg is known helping them find off-market homes before they hit the MLS using his extensive network built over 40 years in real estate. Greg is an expert at marketing in social media and on the Internet and creates a comprehensive online marketing plan for every one of his listings.  He always seems to be one step ahead of his competition. Greg graduated cum laude from California State University (CSUF) with a BA in psychology and earned his MBA from the University of California Irvine (UCI). He is also a part-time Professor at California State University Fullerton, where he teaches Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Finance.
